Capturing photographs filled with emotion brings me so much joy. I'm known to come home from sessions and weddings SO full of energy and life.
I love what I do and I owe it all to Jesus. I'm striving to live a life that points to my Savior, Jesus Christ. This gifting and love I have for photography was given to me from God and He has been leading my journey since day one.
When I'm not out capturing memories for my clients and friends, I love hanging out with my family and spending quality time with my sweet husband.
I once said I would never run a photography business. Seriously I did. It seemed too big and too scary. But that was fear talking.
But then JESUS happened. He changed my heart and gave me courage. I took the leap and started up Heather Mae Photo. I've been blown away ever since at how much God has blessed me in this. I'm now living the dream that I was too scared to dream about. It's not always easy but the Lord is faithful and so gracious.
"But you, O Lord, are a God of compassion and mercy, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love and faithfulness."
Psalms 86:15 NLT
I'm 20 years old and I live in Lititz, Pennsylvania. I love the sentimental feel of home but I also love exploring new places now and then. I'm always down to go out to a cafe for coffee or brunch! I have an outgoing personality and enjoy meeting new people!
I love the changing seasons of the year! Each season has a different feel and I love to embrace each new season. (I'm even learning how to love wintertime! :) Fall is still my favorite season. I love the crisp mornings, warm sweaters, fall candles, THE COLORS, cinnamon spices, and my fall music playlist. :)
I enjoy taking long walks any time of the year!
Birkenstocks are my favorite shoes and I wear them almost constantly in the summer! (& then even with socks sometimes when it's cold!)
Meet my husband Michael. We're newly married & I call him my best friend:) Married life has been my favorite season of life EVER!
Capturing weddings has become even more special to me after experiencing our own wedding. I've really seen just how precious the smallest moments are and how fast the wedding day goes by!
